I'm excited to have my first solo show at Trends Art and Frame in Aberdeen Mall, Kamloops.  Leslie Parent, Owner of Trends, showcases Kamloops Arts Council artists in her window.  

It is awesome exposure and lots of people have stopped to look and ask question.  Thank you, Leslie.  Great opportunity.

As humans, we hold all the elements of the Universe in our being.  In life and death we are in a continuous state of creation and transformation.  We are a part of the heartbeat of Mother Earth and the rhythm of the Universe.  

As I create, I listen, taste, feel, hear the song of our collective soul.  

Well, here I am writing my first blog post.  I'm pretty excited about getting this site up and running.  Although I have earned my living as a writer as well as an artist, I am tongue-tied considering my first blog.

So, a special thanks to weaver and Solange who made this website a class act.  Without Weaver as my web designer, this site would likely either be a boring yawn or a jumbled mess!  Solange - You made me look pretty cute for an old broad in an apron!   And of course, my friends for your feedback and suggestions.  Just keep me laughing.
